PMS Tired Q&A - Ask the Doctor Q & A
I just feel lethargic before my period; I don't feel energetic and excited about getting up every day, which is unusual for me. I feel tired, and it stops me from getting on a regular workout routine, because that's the worst letdown that you can have in a workout routine, to just stop for a week or a week and a half. It's not great to feel like your body is not willing to do what you want it to do. Does this sound like a PMS problem?
