From years of Dr Heller's clinical experience, with thousands of patients, we know our PMS Comfort Natural Relief Programs are able to provide natural relief of PMS symptoms like PMS mood swings, irritability, fatigue, and many others. But we wanted to put our experience in our clinical practice to the test, so we commissioned a study* to carefully examine the effectiveness of the PMS Comfort Herbal in severe PMS symptoms. Several of our Success Stories came from these women, and some of our Ask the Doctor questions came from women whom we interviewed to participate in study.
After reviewing the table below, we think you'll understand why everyone involved in the study found the results impressive, and concluded that PMS Comfort works! As you can see, many severe symptoms, such as mood swings, anxiety, and fatigue improved within three menstrual cycles. We're pleased with the results and feedback we have received from the study participants, and remain committed to helping women with PMS symptoms.
|PMS Symptom||% of Women with Severe Symptoms|
Taking PMS Comfort
|AFTER 90 Days of Taking PMS Comfort|
|Weight Gain/Feeling Bloated||86%||18%|
|Breast Tenderness and Swelling||64%||9%|
|Swelling of Hands and Feet||57%||9%|
|Decreased Efficiency at Work and Home||43%||0%|
|Tearfulness and Crying Spells||43%||0%|
|Pelvic Heaviness or Pressure||43%||9%|
Before taking PMS Comfort, the women in the study kept a symptoms journal for 30 days, recording the occurrence and severity of their PMS symptoms. They assigned severity scores to their symptoms:
|0||Symptoms that never occur|
|1||Mild symptoms "present but not a problem"|
|2||Moderate symptoms "not a big problem"|
|3||Severe symptoms "really affect my life"|
|4||Debilitating symptoms "get so bad I cannot function sometimes"|
Women with severe and debilitating symptoms, such as PMS anger, irritability, fatigue, and PMS mood swings, plus selected women with a significant number of moderate symptoms moved to the next phase, in which they took 2 PMS Comfort Herbal capsules per day for 90 days. The table below shows before and after results for women who completed the full study of 120 days (30 days of keeping a symptoms journal but not taking anything, followed by 90 days of taking PMS Comfort while still keeping the symptoms journal).
In this study, DeTuag Testing Center only enrolled women whose symptoms were severe or debilitating, showing that PMS Comfort has the potential to help women with symptoms that range from mild to very severe.
NOTE: Results in the table include only the severe or debilitating symptoms reported by participants.
