I've been getting moody before my period, and feeling tired and draggy. I don't like going home that way—I want to have more energy. I even called in sick at work before my period because I was afraid I was going to have really bad cramps and headaches and not be able to participate in the meeting that day. Now, I can't do keep doing that. I need to be there for my job—I can't call in sick because of PMS symptoms, but I had to. Do other women find that PMS affects their work performance?
